Registered Nurse - Wound Care

Location: Madison, WI

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2280 - $2746 | Shift: 5x8 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized wound care management and treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient monitoring.
• Provide support across local campuses within the same discipline as required.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care.
• Work during 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Wound Care Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Epic EMR is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting is required.
• At least one completed travel contract is preferred.
• Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the past 12 months.
• A valid driver’s license and license verification are necessary.
• A skills checklist must be completed within one year of submission.
• One supervisory reference is required at the time of application.
• Applicants must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
