This position may be based in our Minneapolis, MN; Green Bay, WI; Peoria, IL; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Milwaukee, WI locations, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement . We are looking for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the solid waste industry, pursue continuous learning, and contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients and projects.
Primary Responsibilities:The base compensation range for this position is included in this job posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, scope and level of responsibility, and applicable licenses or certifications. In addition to base compensation, eligible members may participate in Foth’s Earned Performance Incentive program and may receive other discretionary bonuses, including On‑the‑Spot recognition awards. Exempt members may also be eligible for quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities, where applicable.
