Position: Project Manager
Location: Canada (Remote)
Work Authorization: Canadian Citizens | Permanent Residents | Open Work Permit Holders
Compensation: CAD $70 $90 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate Agile or Waterfall project ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance standards are maintained
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives
