Basic Qualifications: Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a Poly clearances. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience or PhD with 3 years relevant experience). 4 years experience may be used in Lieu of Degree. Strong knowledge in Oracle database development with ETL and data migration to develop data conversion scripts. Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and database concepts. Utilize data mapping, data mining, and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop database. Determine data storage and optimum storage requirements. Prepare system requirements, source analysis and process analyses, and design throughout the database implementation. Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development. Investigate and resolve database performance and capacity issues. Develop, implement and maintain engineering documentation such as processes, procedures, test cases, test results, issue resolutions, performance analysis, and user guidelines/ instructions.
