Professional Case Management is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing in-home care to individuals with complex medical needs. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized therapeutic interventions that help clients improve or maintain mobility, strength, and independence in the comfort of their homes.
