Job Title: Chiropractic Physician – Full Time

Location: The Joint Chiropractic – St. Augustine, FL | 205 FL-312 #102, St. Augustine, FL 32086

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $35/hr DOE + Performance Bonuses | Company-Paid Malpractice Insurance

A Better Way to Deliver Care Starts Here.

At The Joint Chiropractic – St. Augustine, we're looking for a motivated Chiropractic Physician to join our growing team. This position starts at 3–4 days per week, with a clear path to growth and expansion as we open additional clinics in Palm Coast and Ormond Beach in 2026.

We've removed the barriers that typically get in a doctor's way — no insurance billing, no personal injury cases, no selling treatment plans. Just high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a streamlined, supportive environment where you can focus on what you do best: helping people feel better every day.

Our doctors receive a guaranteed daily rate plus performance bonuses, so you can stay focused on patient care — not paperwork or quotas.

This role is a great fit for both new graduates and experienced chiropractors who want to practice without the stress of running a private practice.

About The Joint Chiropractic

The Joint Chiropractic is revolutionizing access to chiropractic care nationwide, delivering more than 12 million patient visits annually across nearly 1,000 locations. Recognized by Forbes, Fortune, and Franchise Times, our model prioritizes convenience, affordability, and exceptional outcomes.

This clinic is locally owned and operated by Kevin M. Sylvester. Our goal is to create an environment where chiropractors can focus on delivering great care while enjoying a positive, supportive workplace with real opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients by reviewing health histories, observing, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems

  • Perform safe and effective manual adjustments to the spine and extremities

  • Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic wellness care and provide recommended treatment guidance

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and SOAP notes

  • Order and analyze diagnostic imaging when clinically necessary

  • Build positive, trust-based doctor–patient relationships

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth patient flow and a welcoming clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college

  • Passing scores for NBCE Parts I, II, III, and IV (a recent SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV)

  • Valid DC license in the State of Florida

  • Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Florida

Schedule

  • 3–4 days per week to start, with flexibility appreciated

  • Weekend availability is a plus

  • Clear path to growth and expansion in 2026

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay starting at $35/hr, depending on experience

  • Performance bonuses

  • Company-paid malpractice insurance
