Job Responsibilities • support end‑to‑end Workday HCM implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • configure core HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Time Tracking and/or Payroll (preferred). • translate business requirements into Workday functional designs and configuration solutions. • provide healthcare workforce and compliance support by partnering with HR and operational leaders to: develop clinical and non‑clinical job frameworks manage complex workforce structures (shift work, differentials, unions, contingent labor) address credentialing and licensure considerations ensure solutions align with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements Qualifications • experience with Workday HCM implementations and configuration. • strong analytical, customer service, and reporting skills. • knowledge of budgeting, finance, data analysis, and implementation processes. Job Type & Context Contract position based out of Boston, MA. The role is hybrid. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour.
