Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our growing team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed (or eligible) in New York State
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in providing best possible care for patients, good teamwork, willing to learn
• New grads encouraged to apply (mentorship available)

Compensation & Benefits (Highly Competitive for Westchester Market)

• Base Salary: $140,000 – $195,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Production bonus
• Sign-on bonus available
• CE allowance ($2,500+) + CE days
• NYS license, DEA, PLIT coverage
• 401(k) with match
• Paid vacation & holidays
• Health, dental, vision insurance
• Flexible scheduling (4or 5 day workweek option for full timers)

High-performing associates can earn $180,000–$220,000+ annually with production.
