The Role:
We are looking for a growth-focused individual with a strong sales drive, entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for connecting healthcare workers to their next world-class opportunity. The Travel Nurse Recruiter serves as the primary point of contact for All About People travel caregivers and is responsible for maintaining and growing All About People's pool of active and credentialed caregivers available for placement. This Recruiter will source and identify new candidates and oversee caregivers on travel contracts, while maximizing caregiver retention, utilization, profitability, and the caregiver experience, in a way that demonstrates the values of All About People.


Additionally, the Travel Nurse Recruiter will become a subject matter expert in sourcing, placement, and caregiver management. This individual is responsible for facilitating the opportunity identification process and closing placements quickly and effectively.


The Recruiter will cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel career opportunities. They will provide the best possible experience for our travel healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
  • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities
  • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals
  • Build and maintain unique relationships with travel healthcare professionals
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred ; equivalent experience in healthcare staffing will also be considered
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals
