Location: Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, or Las Colinas, TX Ref# 245955 Seeking professional to support Cybersecurity Technology operations. This role operates within a fast-paced, high-demand environment and requires strong incident, change, and problem management capabilities, along with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with a focus on long-term strategies, policies, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead execution of technology initiatives, ensuring solutions are properly designed, integrated, and controlled
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures impacting operations, quality, and organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and secure necessary resources
- Support change planning and delivery processes to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Implement measurement, reporting, and portfolio management routines for visibility across change lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and enterprise change management procedures
- Drive continuous improvement in operational excellence and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications - 8+ years of Service Management experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military, or education)
- ServiceNow experience
- ITIL knowledge (Service Management principles)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- SharePoint experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present
Preferred Qualifications - Financial services industry experience
- Experience with large-scale operational transformation initiatives
- Experience designing and implementing ITIL methodologies and reporting analytics
- Understanding of Agile and product management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop independent viewpoints and lead problem solving
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

- Greet and assist visitors
