Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Workday Developer, HCM Integrations to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Workday Developer, HCM Integrations, you will be an integral part of the HR Technology department supporting the talent management and recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Workday Developer, HCM Integrations

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $85/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?

• Build Workday Extend applications for mid-cycle promotion workflows and performance management processes
• Design and implement Workday Studio integrations supporting recruiting and talent acquisition workflows
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to solution design decisions
• Support testing and troubleshooting throughout implementation

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
• Solid experience with Workday Extend (custom applications, API integrations)
• Strong experience with Workday Studio integrations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting performance management and recruiting workflows is preferred
