Job Description

We are a growing creative agency expanding in Asia and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Remote Project Manager / Client Coordinator** to support our international operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and respond to a limited number of client emails (approximately 1–5 per week) in a professional and timely manner
* Coordinate projects between clients and designers
* Ensure smooth communication and workflow across different time zones
* Monitor deadlines and keep projects on track
* Act as a point of contact for Asia-based clients

**Requirements:**

* Better if based in Mainland China or Hong Kong
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* **Fluent in Mandarin (required)**
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working with creative or design teams

**Workload & Compensation:**

* Light workload: approximately 1–5 client emails per week, plus ongoing coordination with designers
* Monthly compensation: **1,000 – 3,000 RMB**, depending on workload and involvement
* Flexible, freelance collaboration
