Family Planning Associate (Remote | Entry-Level)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Flexible (Full-Time / Part-Time options available)

About the Role
Were looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who want to help families build a better
future. As a Family Planning Associate, youll work directly with clients to guide them through simple
strategies around protection, budgeting, and long-term planning. No prior experience is required
we provide training and support to help you grow.

What Youll Do
Connect with individuals and families to understand their goals
Help clients get properly protected and organized financially
Walk clients through simple planning options (we train you)
Provide ongoing support and answer client questions
Work with a team and attend virtual trainings
Build relationships and create a positive client experience

What Were Looking For
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and self-motivated
Comfortable working remotely
Customer service or people-facing experience is a plus (not required)
