Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Professional Recruiter. This position involves sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions within a company. Their primary focus is on roles that require specialized skills, such as software developers, engineers, IT professionals, and other technical specialists.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

  • Utilize online sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Evaluate skills and competencies of candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Ensure a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate information and recruitment data.
  • Generate reports and analytics to assess and improve recruitment metrics.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

  • Recruiting experience
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (TEAMS, ZOOM etc.)
  • Knowledge of staffing systems and tools
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc,)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of applicable computer applications
  • Knowledge of different HR practices and labor legislation
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a staffing agency.
