Job Description

Korzen Health is actively searching for a seasoned Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to become part of our expanding outpatient behavioral health clinic in Montgomery.

This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity featuring a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Key Duties

  • Perform detailed psychiatric assessments and routine follow-up appointments
  • Handle medication management and continuous mental health care
  • Create customized behavioral health treatment plans
  • Administer evidence-based outpatient psychiatric treatments
  • Work in tandem with support staff and fellow providers to maximize patient success
  • Keep clinical records accurate, timely, and fully compliant
  • Take part in the shared weekend call rotation

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • At least 1 year of active PMHNP experience within Alabama (Mandatory)

  • Valid DEA registration
  • Advanced proficiency in medication management and clinical assessments
  • Outstanding teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
