Artaza Dental is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator to join our professional team! We are a small practice with a big family-feel environment. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be our patients' first point of contact, ensuring they receive a warm welcome, the very best patient experience, and a continuum of care. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with our dental team to provide seamless care. full-time $20 - $22 per hour
$50 production bonus per day when the daily goal is met.
Benefits- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM; Friday: 9 AM - 2 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break 12 PM- 1 PM (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime happens on rare occasions and is paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts.
- Holiday Shifts: Most holidays are PAID time off.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience required.
• 2 years of dental front desk experience required.
• Dental Claim filing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Sound knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in using various software and technology tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and applications as needed
• Experience using Eaglesoft dental practice management software.
• Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Motivated and eager to undergo training in new and additional office procedures.
