Do you want to positively impact a child's life forever? We are a busy Pediatric Dental/Orthodontic Practice seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist. Experience preferred, however will train the right person who has an outgoing, positive attitude! Some tasks to include: pediatric and orthodontic scheduling, reviewing insurance benefits, sending pre-determinations, patient check in/out, answering phones, submitting insurance claims and patient and insurance A/R. This position requires someone who can bring the "Wow" factor, has the willingness to learn and the ability to multitask!
In this role, you'll:
• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, patient records, and insurance documentation
• Use your skills in EHR systems to keep everything running efficiently
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support our clinical team with administrative tasks

Salary Range

part-time $22 - $24 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday 9-6
Tuesday 9:30-7
Wednesday 11-7
Thursday 9-6
alternating Fridays 8-5
alternating Saturdays 8-1
**You will be working a Friday or Saturday each week, not both

Requirements
  • Eaglesoft

Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!
We’re seeking someone who:
• Has experience in administrative support or reception, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting
• Knows dental terminology and HIPAA basics
• Is confident using multi-line phone systems
• Provides outstanding customer service and thrives in a team environment
• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow with our practice
