The Value of Working with Us Full-time position Experienced provider or new graduates welcomed Hospital call is 10-14 days per month Clinic is 1-2 days per week Level III trauma center H1-B visa candidates supported Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Compensation is between $625,000 and $675,000 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
