The Details
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (Shift will fall within this window).
Training Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Primary Responsibilities
As a CSR, you will act as a vital link between DentaQuest and our dental community. Your daily tasks will include:
Provider Support: Analyzing patient activity and resolving coordination of benefits (COB) inquiries.
Member Advocacy: Helping members find network dentists and explaining insurance coverage, benefits, and claims.
Multi-Channel Communication: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, web portal, and chat with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Problem Solving: Researching and resolving complex claim payment issues, resubmissions, and voids.
Documentation: Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions.
Technical Guidance: Educating users on self-service tools and routing advanced inquiries to the correct departments.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service environment.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Proven professional verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Savvy: Ability to set up your own computer equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
