HR Administrative Assistant (Temporary – 3 Months)

$16–$18/hour
Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support a client in Fort Collins. This is a temporary assignment (approximately 3 months) and a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update electronic employee records within HR systems (Workday, ADP)
Assist with digitizing employee files, converting paper records into organized electronic files
Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance of all personnel documentation
Support HRIS data management and generate reports as needed
Assist with organizing and standardizing employee records and files
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ongoing projects
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Experience working with HR systems (Workday, ADP preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
Temporary assignment: approximately 3 months
Pay: $16–$18/hour , depending on experience
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Standard daytime business hours
