人事行政专员 / HR & Admin Assistant
工作地点：
Location: 605 W Victoria St，Compton CA 90220
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
协助办理员工入职、离职、人事档案、考勤等日常人事工作。
Assist with daily HR tasks including onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, and attendance records.
负责日常办公室行政事务，如文件整理、数据录入、会议安排等。
Handle daily office administration such as document filing, data entry, and meeting arrangements.
协助中美团队之间的信息沟通和对接，跟进相关事项的进度。
Support communication and coordination between China and US teams and follow up on related tasks.
完成上级交办的其他人事与行政相关工作。
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求 / Requirements
中英文沟通能力良好，可作为日常工作语言。
Good command of both Chinese and English for daily work communication.
熟练使用电脑，能够操作 Word、Excel 等基础办公软件。
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with Word, Excel, and other office software.
细心、负责、学习能力强，能适应节奏较快的工作环境。
Detail-oriented, responsible, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
接受在美大学生（学生签证）或应届毕业生。
Open to university students in the US (with valid student visa) or recent graduates.
