We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing nurses, physicians, and clinical staff. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of full-cycle recruitment in the healthcare industry, understands the nuances of clinical hiring, and is driven to exceed placement goals while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting life cycle from intake through offer acceptance for nursing, physician, and allied health roles. Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities. Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and networking. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and credentialing requirements. Prepare and present candidate submissions to clients in a polished and professional manner. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and clients. Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS systems. Provide market insights, recruitment strategies, and talent pipeline updates to clients. Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs and placement targets. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus in healthcare (nurses, physicians, allied health, or clinical staff). Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and hard-to-fill positions. Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
