To support the recruitment of healthcare professionals, the full-time Remote Healthcare Recruiter will source, screen, and place nursing and allied clinicians into travel and contract assignments nationwide while building relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking and outreach Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for travel opportunities Maintain accurate candidate records and collaborate with internal teams for successful placements Required Qualifications Associate Degree with 0-2 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of experience Experience in recruiting, staffing, or relationship-based consultative roles Proficiency with recruiting technology, CRM systems, or ATS platforms Full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
