Follows scheduled activities with residents, oversees chore completion, conducts activities: self-esteem, conflict management, life skills, recreational, monitor resident's behavior and tracks in logbook, enforce disciplinary policy and procedures, positively reinforce residents, help residents work toward goals, crisis management, cook and clean, dispense medication, assist residents with schoolwork, drive residents to activities with personal vehicle, grounds maintenance. Must follow and adhere to all Redemption House and Ohio DCY policies. May oversee following areas: mentoring new staff, coordinating and executing craft activities, on-line school, devotionals or bible studies, home maintenance, any other duty deemed appropriate by the Administrator or Director.
