Job Title: Facilities Handyman

Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Handyman to join our team and perform general facility maintenance tasks. This role involves moving furniture, painting, building repairs, and requires plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across the facility, ensuring all areas are kept in optimal condition.
• Move furniture as needed for various events and configurations.
• Conduct painting tasks to maintain and refresh facility aesthetics.
• Perform building repairs to address any issues or damages.
• Utilize plumbing skills to replace copper lines and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct electrical, HVAC, and preventive maintenance inspections.
• Perform snaking and draining tasks as needed.
• Complete facility repairs efficiently and effectively.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in plumbing, particularly replacing copper lines.
• Demonstrated skills in electrical work and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong abilities in general facility maintenance and repairs.
• Experience with painting and furniture moving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in building repairs and facility maintenance.
• Skills in preventive maintenance and inspections.

This is a Contract position based out of Whittier, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
