The Music Vertical connects audiences and artists by powering the full music content lifecycle on Spotify. The team enables creators, distributors, and Spotify teams to ingest, manage, and distribute music at global scale, while delivering the tools and services that support creation, promotion, expression, monetization, and trusted experiences for fans and artists alike.
You'll join Spotify's Music team, supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. This role sits at the center of the team's day-to-day operations, helping leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected. You'll play a key part in enabling the team to do their best work while contributing to how we show up internally and externally.
The United States base range for this position is $93,000$132,000 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
