Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for proven experience building market growth strategies, go-to-market plans, or business development programs.
• We need experience working with major technology vendors, OEMs, or semiconductor and ecosystem partners.
• We require background in data center cooling, liquid cooling, thermal management, or closely related technologies.
• We expect strong understanding of the data center industry and its broader ecosystem.
• We value knowledge of thermal management components, valves, cooling platforms, or related infrastructure technologies.
• We are seeking strong analytical capability, including assessing market potential and product-market fit.
• We look for excellent project management and workshop facilitation skills.
• We need outstanding communication and presentation abilities, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
• We prefer existing relationships across the data center space, such as hyperscalers, operators, manufacturers, or channel partners.
• We require the ability to build relationship maps, engagement plans, and account strategies.
• We need someone who can influence and collaborate across both business and technical stakeholders.

• We support the creation and delivery of go-to-market strategies for the data center market.
• We analyze our product portfolio and align it with the data center and thermal management ecosystem.
• We identify priority market segments, target accounts, and expansion opportunities.
• We develop executive-level strategic roadmaps and recommendations.
• We facilitate introductions to key stakeholders across the data center industry.
• We lead workshops and strategic planning sessions with business and technical teams.
• We create account maps, stakeholder engagement plans, and influence models.
• We support customer meetings, executive discussions, and industry events.
• We prepare sales enablement materials, account pursuit plans, and growth initiatives.
• We coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities across multiple stakeholders.
