Customer Service Representative Industry: Construction Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ Compensation: $18$25/hour (Contract-to-Hire; pay based on experience level) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Qualifications: Minimum of 23 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role High school diploma or GED required Exposure to construction or a related field is preferred but not required Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and basic Excel) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes Effective written and verbal communication skills Job Description: Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy construction-focused office. This is a contract opportunity covering a leave of absence, with strong potential for long-term placement based on performance and business needs. This role is primarily focused on email-based customer support, coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
