We are one of Oklahoma’s most active criminal defense and family law firms. Our growth is driven by usefulness — clear, direct, high-volume content that answers real legal questions. This role exists to sustain and scale that system.

The Role:

This is a high-ownership operations role at the center of content production.

You are responsible for keeping the entire content engine running — from topic selection through publication and distribution — while maintaining the firm’s voice and standards.

You will coordinate attorneys, vendors, and internal systems to ensure content is produced consistently, distributed effectively, and aligned with firm priorities. You are not just scheduling shoots — you are maintaining a pipeline.

The attorneys trust this role with their professional identity. The firm relies on it to stay visible and relevant.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate attorney studio sessions (scheduling, prep, briefing, and post-production handoff)
• Maintain and operate a rolling content pipeline (topic pool, assignment, prioritization by practice area)

Manage Distribution Across:

• Website
• Social platforms
• Email newsletters
• Direct external vendors for:
• Editing
• Captioning
• Clip production
• Scheduling and posting

Support Internal Brand Presence:

• Employee recognition
• Firm updates
• DOOH and branding content

Capture & Deploy Rapid-Response Content From:

• Case results
• Media appearances
• Firm developments

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year experience
• High agency — you move work forward while maintaining mission and systematic alignments
• Comfortable operating inside multiple concurrent workflows
• Able to prepare attorneys efficiently and earn participation through organization, not pressure
• Strong written and verbal instincts — you can turn legal material into clear, useful content
• Familiar with modern AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) and quick to adopt new ones
• Understands video production workflows (you manage the system, not the camera)
• Discreet and professional in a legal environment
