We are currently seeking a Business Development Administrator to support our Outside Sales Team at our Greensboro, NC headquarters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring structure, consistency, and adherence to established processes across the sales pipeline. Success in this position is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to keep a dynamic sales team aligned, informed, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Support sales leadership by reinforcing process adherence and maintaining departmental standards Manage and maintain sales pipeline data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness Track, input, and reconcile data related to discoveries, sales outcomes, and client information Generate and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making Coordinate follow-ups on action items, missing data, and post-sale documentation across teams Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales outcomes, including Go, NoGo, and No Sale statuses Monitor data integrity and proactively identify discrepancies or gaps within reporting systems Act as a central point of coordination between sales, leadership, and internal teams Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a professional role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a professional role, preferably in a sales or operations environment Experience working with CRM systems Experience in reporting through Tableau or similar data visualization tools Experience with Adobe Pro and ClickUp (Canva experience is a plus) Core Competencies Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and organization Proactive and action-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems Assertive yet diplomatic communicator who can manage cross-functional relationships Technically proficient and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly Analytical thinker capable of interpreting data and identifying trends or discrepancies Highly organized multitasker who can balance detailed execution with strategic awareness #J-18808-Ljbffr
