Our client is currently seeking associate candidates to support our San Francisco Office’s Insolvency and Financial Law Group. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of solid bankruptcy and other restructuring experience, be licensed to practice in California, and possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Bankruptcy litigation experience, such as with preference defense, is also desirable. Handle complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters from inception through resolution Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda Participate in bankruptcy litigation, including preference defense matters Support negotiations and strategy in financial restructuring cases Collaborate closely with partners and clients on high-stakes matters Requirements 3–7 years of bankruptcy, insolvency, or restructuring experience Active California Bar license (required) Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Excellent academic credentials Experience in bankruptcy litigation (preference defense a plus) Benefits They offer a competitive salary, various types of: unlimited PTO 401k A full benefits package and all of our attorney positions are on an equity partnership track.
