Open repair orders in the management system, maintain two estimating databases, and daily update repair plans and customer information. Use CCC‑1 estimating software and update repair plans and customer data daily. Provide post‑repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates. Prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice). Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair. Maintain current knowledge of jobs and technical skills, including OEM manufacturer repair processes. Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
