This role supports policy processing and rating functions across new business, renewals, and endorsements. What You'll Do Process and review commercial insurance transactions using internal systems. Ensure accuracy of policy data and rating inputs. Collaborate with underwriting staff to resolve application and coverage issues. Calculate premiums for endorsements, cancellations, and payment plans. Maintain working knowledge of ISO, NCCI, and other regulatory manuals.
