Job Description
We believe children learn best through play, curiosity and connection — and our classrooms bring those moments to life every day. We proudly serve Central Ohio families with a structured yet nurturing environment that encourages older children to lead and younger children to learn through observation and exploration. Our teachers are professionals who bring energy, creativity, and heart to the classroom — and we can’t wait to welcome you to our team.
What You’ll DoAssist in our Preschool classes
Foster a safe, inclusive environment where younger children feel supported and older children are encouraged to model and mentor.
Observe and document children’s progress; share milestones and daily updates with families through communication apps or written reports.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, directors, and support staff to ensure a smooth, high-quality classroom experience.
Maintain compliance with licensing regulations, center policies and health & safety standards.
No credentials are required but a CDA with strong classroom experience.
At least 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or childcare setting.
Deep understanding of developmental milestones for toddlers and preschoolers, and the ability to differentiate instruction for mixed ages.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a true love for supporting young learners.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with families and co-workers.
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and ability to meet state background requirements.
Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (health, PTO, retirement plan, and childcare discounts).
Ongoing training and professional development — we invest in your growth.
Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture you’ll be proud to be a part of.
Opportunities for career advancement — grow into lead teacher, curriculum coach, or administrative roles.
A rewarding environment where you see your impact daily — helping children develop confidence, empathy, and a love for learning.
