What you'll be doing: - Working with the service desk team on end user support through a ticketing system
- Handle in office-support needs that are workspace and desk technology related
- Participating in team meetings and department initiatives
We're looking for someone who has: We are currently looking for summer internship professionals to join us for Summer 2026. This is a full-time internship with a start date in June.
Basic Qualifications: - Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to complete the entire summer internship starting on June 8, 2026
Preferred/Desired Qualifications: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats
- Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
