Internship Program: 3‑4 Month Paid Learning Experience The Copeland Internship Program gives students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain real‑world experience while contributing to innovative, sustainable solutions that make a difference for people and the planet. Interns work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experts, and build skills that impact the business and the world. Terms Fall 8/17/26 – 12/18/26. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze daily order and delivery data. Track on‑time delivery performance against targets. Identify patterns, trends, and root causes of delays. Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy in reporting. Generate and maintain dashboards and performance reports. Assist with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to recommend process improvements. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Statistics, Mathematics, or a data‑related field. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts. Experience with data visualization or reporting tools. Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship will not be provided). Preferred Qualifications GPA of 3.0 or higher.
